2. Course Enrollment & Fees

Enrollment in our automotive training programs is subject to availability and approval. All fees must be paid according to the agreed-upon schedule. Diagno Pro Academy reserves the right to modify course structures, schedules, and pricing with reasonable notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All training materials, including but not limited to manuals, videos, software access, and documentation provided during the courses, remain the exclusive property of Diagno Pro Academy. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without explicit written consent.

4. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times while at the academy or representing the academy. We reserve the right to dismiss any student whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates academy policies, without refund.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to provide the highest quality automotive education, Diagno Pro Academy makes no guarantees regarding post-graduation employment or specific business success. Automotive repair involves inherent risks, and students are responsible for applying their training safely and legally.

6. Limitation of Liability

Diagno Pro Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our training programs.
